I called Dmitriy and explained the problem with my washer and he wad over within an hour. He got right to work and figured out the problem. He thought it might be a bad drain pump and quoted me a very reasonable price. Once he got into it he found a wash rag had been lodged in the drain line. It was a bit more labor intensive to disconnect the drain line and clean it out but he said he would honor his original quote. He was extremely patient and informative throughout the whole process.
