We recently hired Unique Builder's & Development to take on a major exterior repair of our home, and the experience was excellent. Our project was a sizable one. The work totaled more than $45,000 and involved extensive carpentry, the removal and replacement of all exterior wood trim with hardy material, repairs to worn siding and doors, and a full exterior paint job with careful caulking and sealing. Unique Builders did an outstanding job on our kitchen remodel. Ronen guided us from start to finish with a clear plan and great communication; including entertaining many late-night texts with timely replies. This spring we hired Unique Builders and Remodeling to renew our floors, kitchen and secondary bathroom. We also had the entire interior repainted along with new solid wood doors, casings and baseboards plus we had the ceiling fans replaced in each room.
