Unique Customs & Restoration Tulsa

I went in for a quote and spoke with Jarrod, who took my information and said he would call me back. Weeks went by with no response. I called again and spoke with Dustin, who set an appointment to look at my vehicle but never showed. When I called back, he said he had an emergency and would contact me the following week, but I never received a follow-up. I even sent a video when requested and still heard nothing. Both men seemed nice, but the lack of communication was very disappointing. They came highly recommended, so I’m truly disappointed.

So, this is the second project I’ve done with Unique. They took my OBS Tahoe and brought it back to life! They fixed all problems that the previous owner had done. Richard and the whole team is top notch. I will never go anywhere else.

Heard good things about them but both times I wanted to have some work done on my customs I did not get any response. The first time I went in in person and waited 30 minutes for a guy to come out and talk about my project. I ended up just leaving because he never came out. Recently I decided to give them a call about another project and never got a call back.
