The care and commitment to a great outcome start from the planning stage where every detail is considered and discussed. We did a garage addition with a bathroom and closet space as well as a egress basement stair. The project was big and James and his team made it manageable from day 1 to completion. James' attention to detail is unsurpassed in this business, and this is our 4th major renovation. He truly cares about the customer, to my point, like family. Unique construction was absolutely fabulous throughout the whole process of our kitchen demo. From the estimate to the finished product James was always on top of things. He communicated what was going on every step of the way, the workers did incredible work and were very professional. They were on time and made the renovation process very easy to deal with. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for any project you have.

James at Unique Design was a pleasure to work with!! We completely renovated our kitchen and bathroom at the same time and they both came out perfectly. This was our first home renovation and it was so comforting working with a company that explained everything really well and created a schedule so that we knew exactly what to expect.
