Unique Outdoor Illumination & Mosquito Pros

We’ve used Unique Outdoor Mosquitoes for a couple of years, and unfortunately it has been a waste of money. Our backyard continues to have mosquito issues, and at no point did the company check in or ask how well the service was working. When I suggested they conduct some kind of a customer survey, the employee that I was speaking with, got defensive, and informed me that they have thousands of customers, i.e. no time to make any such contact. The only time they came out to evaluate the situation was after I called to complain, and the suggestions they made were not helpful. In hindsight, I would never choose this vendor and should have gone with a different provider that actually cares about my business and delivers better results.

Finally broke down and added landscaping lighting to our house and it came out amazing. Should have done it sooner. Mark even suggested some around the garage lighting which came out great and even a light for our girls’ swing set that they’ve been loving.

Does it work? Yes with the right guidance. If you live in the south you’re delusional to expect zero mosquitos especially dependent if your property has drains, trees and/or areas with standing water or near bodies of water. Unique Outdoor gave us guidance on managing our drains as well to further decrease mosquitos. If you’re allergic to mosquitos or tend to be an attractant, having misters makes a huge difference. Before we had the misting system my husband could not sit outside for more than a few minutes. Recommend if you want stress free service, good responsiveness and consistency. You can argue that you can mix your own drum of mosquitos repellent and it would be cheaper, but you may not be able to guarantee you have the time to inspect your nozzles regularly, make repairs immedi

Mark was extremely helpful and willing to offer his advise on what would work best for us. Extremely happy with the job that they did. We had a few requests after completion and they worked to get them done. 1 issue arose after 11 months and they resolved that . Could not recommend highly enough.
