Unique Plastering

Unique did the exterior of our home at the end of 2014. In the spring of 2017 we had two different areas of our home get soffit blown off. This was not a crazy windstorm, no other neighbors had any problems yet we were missing two 20ft pieces. It also blew and scratched up the stucco. Unique said they wouldn't do anything for me , I needed to pay. So because I didn't want to rent and set up scaffolding I paid $300 for them to come repair it. I was told they used enough screws to where it wouldn't happen again (why wasn't that done the first time?). Well ten days later a different piece blew off, again nobody else in the neighborhood was bothered by the wind. This was a workmanship issue. Had an excellent experience after damaging the siding of our house. Steve came out to look at it almost immediately because it was preventing my garage door from shutting. He took care of it and was professional and kind. Highly recommend!

Very nice quality of work. Great personable employees. Honest and hard working staff. Loved my experience with Unique!

I called and talked to one of there estimators, and he told me he was to busy to look at my house. I told him I was not in a hurry, and he said we are months out. Extremely rude.
