When anyone walks into a bathroom the very first impression is it clean? Old tile, caulking, chipped tub, dull tile cannot give this impression unless it is restored to brand new condition. Whatever the color, a spotless, shiny clean bathroom was our goal. On 3/25/24 Unique Refinishers came out to repair a crack in the floor of my tub. After the tech was done, his work looked pretty good. We waited a month before using the tub regularly and within a few weeks of use, the crack reappeared. I contacted Unique Refinishers on 6/4/2024 and they sent the same tech out to repair the tub. When he arrived he noticed that the bathroom had been painted and stickers were in the ceiling. His immediate response was that a ladder was placed in the tub and that’s what caused the seal to break. I assured him that that was not the case because my husband and I painted the bathroom ourselves. He dismissed me and told me that he placed the seal on thick and it should be fine going forward.
