I called on Friday morning, was squeezed into an already busy schedule. My technician, Kevin C was great. Explained everything in full detail in layman terms that were easy to understand. Kevin is conscientious and pleasant to work with. Always a great experience with this company.

I never have to wait too long to get service or maintenance and in this case, I was more than pleased that they were able to fit me in at the end of the day as I called in the morning. The tech was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything he did and what to expect.

Calvin is very personable and polite. He's demonstrated his knowledge and competence both times he's come. We will continue to request that he be the technician assigned to our service call.

I have a problem with settings because the cold weather we got recently in Clearwater. The company sent a technician immediately and new setting was programmed. Great company and great service from day one since I decided to install eco friendly cooling/ heating system with this company. The system works great. Thank you for your fast response.
