I had an outstanding experience with Jeremiah who serviced my system. From the moment he arrived, it was clear he takes real pride in his work. He was incredibly attentive and took the time to carefully inspect every part of the system instead of rushing through the appointment. What really stood out was how thorough he was. He explained exactly what he was checking, why it mattered, and what he found along the way. He even took the fan out and hand cleaned it which no one has ever done in the eight years I've lived in my home. On top of being knowledgeable, he was extremely personable and easy to talk to. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing heating or air work.

I was contacted by United Air Temp about scheduling and maintenance for my HVAC system. I agreed and scheduled an appointment, making sure to confirm the time with them. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Last week they showed up late and had to reschedule. This week, I confirmed again for a 9–10 a.m. window. The technician told me he would arrive in 10–15 minutes, but after more than 45 minutes, no one showed. Right before my appointment window was about to end, I was notified that they rescheduled me for two hours later. This lack of punctuality, transparency, and communication shows poor organization and reliability. If a company can’t manage scheduling or customer follow-up, I can’t trust them with maintaining or fixing equipment in my home. For me, this experience

Plumber accidentally put a hole in my wall when fixing a pipe for us. I called United Air Temp to ask them to put it right. It's been 2 months and they haven't fixed the hole or reimbursed me for the damage. Would not recommend.

Great service and value! Our technician was hard working and conscientious. He took his time to review our HVAC and Heat Pump, recommend logical services and cleaned everything up. We signed up for a maintenance plan and feel much better with UAT extending the life of our units. Give Mike D. a call and ask for Erik!
