My husband and I had some work done on our ducts over the holiday. We received some information that we needed additional work done to our AC vent and wanted to contact United air temp as we had a Membership with them. Keal Was quick to come out and evaluate our issue. He was Prompt, communicative, and kind. He was honest about the work that needed to be done and waived some additional services for us. He educated us along the way. We will definitely be calling Keal again & you should too!

The installation of my hot water heater and air conditioning unit took 2 days to complete. The job was a big one, and the 2 men were very familiar with the task at hand. They explained to me everything they were to do and informed me it was a 2 day project. They were very professional, answered any and all of the questions I had and did a great job replacing my old units. They called before arrival and rearranged items that were in the way. They checked to make sure everything was working before leaving and make sure I knew how the units worked. I am very satisfied with the service I received and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. My HVAC and hot water system had to be replaced.

David Ford from United Air Temp has been absolutely phenomenal! He has diligently worked to resolve an issue with our AC system that other technicians from other companies failed to resolve. Of course this involved investigating , expertise, & a thorough understanding of how HVAC systems operate.
