I will never use United Air Temps (UAT) again, UAT called me to offer the $69.99 system inspection, cleaning, lighting the pilot and bleeding the radiators. I would rate UAT a ZERO but they were successful in vacuuming my boiler without assistance. I can’t believe I had to pay for this service. If you have an old-style gas boiler without electronic ignition the UAT technicians I had were not competent to service or diagnose my system. I have a SlantFin Galaxy Model GG_150H. On 11/25/2025 when the UAT Technican-1 arrived the boiler was in an off state, the gas line valve set to the closed state, power off to the pump and the thermostat in the off state. I never want your technician to come to my house anymore. He is so incompetent he torn my house apart without knowing where to cut. I aleary told your customer service representative not to send the same technician. The last time he was here his manager came and taught him how to find the leak. He still doesn't know what to do. Just cut wall is his favorite thing to do. I understand he has to cut to find the leak but he's lazy untidy and did not clean up after himself when he left. It is not fear what is did to my home.

If it was possible to give zero stars, that's what this company deserves. Unfortunately we made the mistake of buying American Home Shield warranty for our new house. United Air Temp is their HVAC contact. When we realized we could get them over for a free check up and tuneup of the HVAC system in our new house, we made an appointment. The technician came over, told us our system is old but still functioning fine and convinced us to buy a part that would prolong the lifespan of the capacitor and the compressor. We bought the item from him, paid cash on the spot (because he told us that's the company policy) and were told that he installed it. The plumber arrived promptly, was very professional and explained his actions every step of the way as he replaced the garbage disposal. So far it works like a charm. I also like how he cleaned up after himself and kept the area very tidy. Thank you Antoine!
