Great communication with scheduling and prompt. I made the request on a Saturday and was immediately texted to call and schedule. Because it wasn’t an emergency, I was quickly scheduled for Monday, the next business day. The technician was timely, polite, wore booties in my home, knowledgeable, and professional. A couple of parts were ordered, so the job is still in process, but so far I am extremely satisfied.

If United Air Temp ever recommends their service package get it! My husband and I signed up almost 4 years ago, and it’s honestly been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our home. Every time we call, they show up quickly, walk us through what’s going on, and make sure we understand everything. Our tech last night, Eric, was absolutely wonderful. He didn’t rush, took the time to explain to my husband exactly what happened, and had us back up and running in no time. We couldn’t ask for better service or a more reliable company. UAT was dispatched pursuant to a repair request from American Home Shield. They came out the following day and resolved my HVAC issues. The tech was knowledgeable and very polite. Highly recommend.

Tech indicated system needed to be replaced but did not tell warrantee company apparently. I'm told today by another AC company that the refrigerant leaking is dangerous and entire system should be replaced because the refrigerant is no longer being made available as of January 2025. Apparently the warrantee companies are telling techs to recommend parts 4 replacements rather than system replacements. Mason. Told me he'd recommend replacement the warrantee company denied receiving that info..
