We love our fireplaces from United Brick & Fireplace in Madison. We recently had Isaiah at our home to service our 3 fireplaces. He was very efficient and knowledgeable about what he was doing. We had a bad pilot light in one of our units and he was able to fix it in a timely manner. He cleaned up each area as he finished. Isaiah also explained and reviewed with us some tips to keep our fireplaces running more efficiently. Great Job Isaiah!!!!

We hired United Brick & Fireplace to install a gas insert. Andy patiently answered all of our questions and met with us to go over details. The install crew were the epitome of professional. We absolutely love our new fireplace. Can't recommend these guys highly enough!

Isaiah, the technician from United Brick, came this morning to clean and inspect our 2 year old gas fireplace insert. He was courteous and friendly and gave us helpful pointers on how the insert works and how to maintain is optimal functionality. Highly recommend Isaiah!

United Brick & Fireplace staff and installers were fantastic to work with and I highly recommend them. We needed to replace our gas insert and unfortunately our masonry work was only 2 years old. Andy in sales was great to work with. He gave us a few choices and explained the differences in all the units; we are very happy with the unit we picked. He was also able to match our existing stone which was a relief because we weren't prepared to change it. Most impressive was how easy it was to get in contact with him; he was always quick to respond to emails and phone calls. The work started on schedule and Joe L and Joe H did a great job of removing the existing stone in a way that allowed us to reuse a lot of it.
