You ask them if they carry something they say yes and then u arrive they don't carry don't waste your time with these people. Clearly if that was the response when I initially called and showed up i would of not be giving the review now. the only response that was told to me is we don't carry it. obviously I need to give you the type of cement and color so a adequate color match products can be provided. if the level of customer service is not there to clear up a simple Caulk color match for a cement product. I would not be comfortable placing large orders here. which unfortunately is why I left.
