John, our builder, was extremely communicative and hands-on. He coordinated every stage of construction with precision and made sure we were extremely satisfied with each phase. He has an incredible eye for detail and immediately addressed any concerns we had. John's code knowledge and relationships with his contractors resulted in a very smooth and quick building process. We have absolutely loved every step of the home building process with United Built Homes. They made building this home look easy! Larry was a great deal of help working with us to ensure we chose the right plan for our family and assisting to make sure we were approved for our dream home. We even had some lender questions on our land that didn’t really require UBH to step in on, and Larry still went above and beyond and used his background in banking to assist us with the appropriate verbiage with that lender which helped in getting us closed on our lot so we could take our first step with UBH. Sherman, TX UBH - I started my home building process in December of 2023. I worked with Brenda Amaral from the start, she is great! Explains every step of the process very well, and honestly. Transparent with pricing. They went above and beyond for me. I had multiple issues with my land title and they gave me a very long grace period to get things in order and held my bid for me. I met the construction superintendent John and they started building in August of 2024, and there was no delay on their part. Once everything was in order they got straight to work, I was amazed at the organization and timeliness of everything being done, there were very few days/weeks that nothing was progressing, everything was very well scheduled.
