Just talked to someone about purchasing a remnant and binding the ends to make an area rug. Gave her measurements , color everything and she acted like she had no idea what a remnant is. So I explained it to someone who is supposed to be working in flooring. 😳. Their website says “one stop shop”. I can’t imagine a flooring company just tossing remnant out in the garbage. I asked her if they bind the ends and she said “I don’t think so, ahhh no”. Amazing. My guess is they only like doing certain types of floors or she was too lazy to get up and go look at the remnants to determine size and color then call me back. Don’t waste your time
