My new roof has added beauty to my home. Logan, United Contracting & Roofing's Representative has been a God send. I wasn't aware of the hail damage ,but he was able represent me to my insurance company and as a result, I have a new roof. The roofing crew were both professional and polite as Logan was every time we spoke.

I had several roofing companies tell me my roof needed to be replaced, but Rob Altork stood out immediately for his honesty and professionalism. After a thorough inspection, he gave me his genuine opinion and explained that my roof still has plenty of life left. That kind of integrity is rare. Rob took the time to walk me through the condition of the roof, answered all my questions, and never tried to upsell or pressure me into unnecessary work. It was clear he cared more about doing the right thing than making a sale. If you’re looking for a roofer you can actually trust, I highly recommend Rob Altork. Shepherd was absolutely fantastic! He was at me neighbors and I asked him to take a peak at my home. He did an extremely thorough inspection and instantly I knew I needed a new roof. He also found damage to some siding and gutters that weren't even on my radar. Communication was spot on, the crews were very punctual once the work was scheduled. Work was completed in a very reasonable time frame and was done with quality. Clean up was fantastic as we know roof replacement can be very messy. I would highly recommend this company and hope to work with Shepherd in 10 years when we are looking at replacing to roof again. Unless we need something sooner-we know who to call!
