United Kendek Services LLC

A friend of mine lives across from two houses being renovated by United Kendek, and, well. I wouldn't hire them to go anywhere near my home. The renovation on one of the houses was started without pulling permits, and it appears they've cut corners at every step of the way, from only replacing one wall of siding while painting the rest to simply spraying the chimney without pointing the brick. The new roof is.covered in overspray from the paint and the painted siding is uneven and patchy. In addition, they left a massive pile of trash in the front yard for months. I have attached photos of the exterior of the house - I hope any potential buyers get a GOOD inspector! They also damaged my friend's neighbor's grass with their work vans...and refused to acknowledge it when the homeowner
