Tim and his team did an amazing job replacing the underlayment for our tile roof. We met Tim through a friend who referred him and he instantly gained my trust when he noticed my roof wasn’t connected to my gutters — and he was the 3rd roofer I had interviewed and no one else had caught this! He also uses a superior product with a 40 year warranty compared with the others offering a 10-30 year warranty. We also got the low-e reflective barrier he suggested and we have immediately seen the efficiency on our 2-story home. We set the temperature at 80 degrees and it hasn’t gotten higher than 78 after the installation!
