I strongly advise anyone considering United Maintenance Inc. for HVAC repairs to verify that the technician sent to your home is actually authorized by the company. Unfortunately, I learned this the hard way after dealing with a technician, Terrell Williams, who was operating completely outside the company’s authority, working on the side, and defrauding customers like myself. I made the mistake of speaking directly to Terrell instead of calling the official company number on the truck. He gave me his personal cell number and I scheduled a repair using that, not realizing at the time that he was not acting on behalf of United Maintenance Inc. The technician arrived, diagnosed the issue as a faulty reversing valve, and sold me the part for $75, claiming it was under warranty through Apex S

Do not use this company. They are corrupt. We have used this company for a few years now. They charge an hourly rate and will add extra hours on the invoices than they originally spent working on your unit, they also add their lunch breaks in your hourly charge, and a couple of times they have charged us twice for the same job. They will add fraudulent charges on your invoice and if you don't pay they will refuse service although they are at fault.

I am a self employed hvac contractor in conyers. I see your technicians at united refrigeration all the time. All the gentlemen are seasoned men ,well mannered and have been working there for a while... I talk to bobby all the time. He always speaks highly of the company. !!

6.16.21 @ 8:30 a branded United Maintenance truck driver nearly caused an accident with me on I285. He approached from behind exceeding the speed limit by at least 20 MPH, then cut me off and brake checked me. I narrowly avoided a dangerous accident. After following up with management, I was promptly brushed off and pushed off of the phone. I advise management to take these issues more seriously.

Excellent commercial HVAC company. All of the technicians I've met from here are very knowledgeable and professional.
