United Marble Granite & Tile

We had UMG&T fabricate our new calcite (crystal) countertop for our kitchen and we also had them install our new backsplash. We couldn't be happier ... the project turned out beautifully! Jessica was our primary contact and did an excellent job! She is very pleasant and helpful and stayed in constant communication with us until the project was finished. Also, Jacob and his crew did a great job with challenging material to install. Crystal is not easy and is fragile but it's what we wanted and makes our kitchen pop! We love it. We are so impressed with the beauty of our new countertops. Far more beautiful than we imagined them to be. From the moment we walked in the showroom, we were greeted like family and were shown so many options. The timing was truly exceptional, in a matter of days we had our counters installed and communication was just so easy. Best customer service around Jacksonville for sure! Jacob, Jessica, Wilson and everyone else involved were all excellent. Highly recommend United Marble Granite & tile. Our kitchen still a working progress but at least the best part is already done by the best.

United did a great job on my Quartz counters for my kitchen project. Evelyn (office/store room)was great to work with. Installers were great and got it done in timely manner. I was personally redoing the entire kitchen so I needed to work in counters with new sink style and my timeline, which United was easily able to do. Will and have already recommended them to others.

I gave 3 stars because I was charged $80-$93 sqft, and the installer didn’t caulk the countertop. Not sure if it’s sealed either. However, I bought an investment property in Waycross GA and getting countertops was difficult. Home Depot was by far cheaper but to far out in schedule, so I was hoping after the 2nd time contacting United, they’d agree to take job and they did. It was easy and a life saver just costly!😭

I must share that I had an amazing outcome with my Kitchen and Master bath renovations. I stopped in United marble & Granite on a Saturday and by Monday measurements were taken and we were off and running. It was one stop shopping. They supplied the new vanity and all sinks. It helped so much not having to pick those out at other locations. The project was complete in just a few working days. The really great thing was communication with everyone involved. I always knew what was happening and when!! I highly recommend this company for any project!! Happy Me👏
