Alex and Nicholas were great. We wanted a thermostat moved to another location and our unit serviced. The work was completed beautifully without any sheetrock or trim damage. They were very respectful, caring, kind as always. A very neat job they always clean up behind themselves. They also serviced our unit and changed our filters. Great service as always. They are great to listen to what you as a customer wants.

Two very nice young men came out to look at my HVAC… One is named Nick. He was great.! They don’t try to push anything on you. They explain everything they show you pictures and give you estimates I would highly recommend united mechanical.!

Mark is an excellent HVAC technician. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my heat pump and took the time to explain what was going on using clear, easy-to-understand language. He ordered the necessary replacement part right away and let me know it was covered under warranty, which was a huge relief. Throughout the entire visit, Mark was professional, courteous, and respectful. I appreciate his expertise and communication, and I would gladly recommend him (and United Mechanical Solutions) to others.

Alex and his team got us on the schedule so quickly, Nick was on time and so professional, the service to our HVAC was thorough, and the care provided to our home was exceptional! Nick and his work partner called ahead to let us know they were on the way. They both were so kind and professional- they inspected the interior unit first and then the exterior unit. They took pictures and provided explanations of how our unit was working, the unit’s electrical health/ status, cleanliness of the unit, and if everything was running as it should (which it was!).
