On Sundays God rested but United Paving apparently forgot and at 7 am today Sunday July 27,2025 I awoke to the sound of loud Jack hammers! The joy. When I went outside to ask the workers if they knew it was 7 am and they directed me to their foreman/boss. I asked him the same question and if he knew of the noise ordinance. Almost every city has some noise ordinance and he looked on his phone and said on Sundays they can work construction at any time. Actually it's the other way around. No loud noises from construction at any time on Sundays. I asked if they could wait until 8 or 9 as our apartment complex has many people who work nights . Mind you this was after the previous day one of their workers was driving one of those paving carts in reverse half the time and it made that back up no
