A water pipe in the upstairs of my cape House had burst in the middle of the night and flooded the finished basement and first level in my home. Damage to hardwood floors upstairs bathroom floor Sheetrock carpets downstairs ceiling fell carpets destroyed Sheetrock walls destroyed. The team from United property restoration services worked with me very successfully. The job they did was excellent. Replaced all the insulation all the sheet rock. Completely redid the bathroom where the pipe let go. They made concessions for the timing I needed to have to it get done and worked with me each step of the way. Tanner, Joe and Gabe were a great team to help me restore my home. Highly recommended.

I am very pleased with the repairs done to my home after water damage. Asbestos needed to be removed, ceilings & walls needed to be redone. Painting & floors were replaced. Everyone was very professional & answered all my questions. My floors in the living room & kitchen look great. People were very prompt and worked diligently.
