All of my united refrigeration location experiences have been great except for this location. The African American guy at the front desk is extremely rude, very unprofessional and if you ask him a question he's very limited. First time and LAST time there. I rather drive across the bay to United in San Carlos where they actually make you and treat you like family. The gentlemen at the front desk should NOT be working there. We have plenty of options and don't need a guy with an attitude to make life more harder than it is.

Called for assistance in selecting parts to fill a receiver with liquid CO2. I asked what fitting to use on the receiver and a call attendant named Will said: “I’m not a tech, I just sell parts dude.” Unacceptable quality of service.

Rude and bad customer service. I called for ice maker. The person seemed in a rush and not helpful with providing information. Hung up midway. I will never due business or buy your item.

Try always have everything I need fir my refrigeration & HvAC repair works! Thanks
