United Rentals - Climate Solutions

I had the pleasure of working with Kaleb from United Rentals this week. Our office AC system hasn’t been working for a few weeks resulting in hot stuffy rooms that weren’t comfortable at all. Yesterday, Kaleb came to our facility with two rental units. Kaleb installed them in a fast, professional, and efficient manner. In the past, I’ve working with technicians who show up, don’t want to talk, and just get in and get out. Kaleb had a great and personable demeanor, extremely respectful and professional way of communicating, and made sure I understood how the equipment works and what to watch out for if they turn off and need to water tanks emptied.
