Joy and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with! We were flooded out of our home and had to remodel our entire first floor. I had heard so many horror stories about contractors and insurance companies so I was nervous. However Joy immediately put me and my husband at ease as she led us through the process and answered every question we had. She worked with us and made sure we were happy with each piece of the remodel. The results are even better than I had hoped. I used to say that the kitchen was my least favorite room in our home and now it is our favorite! Even though there were issues with the insurance company paying us out in pieces delaying construction, Joy and here team were able to get us back into our home by the deadline.
