I just used this company recommended by American Home Shield. I immediately pulled up the reviews and became worried. They kept me informed of my appointment and about my parts. They arrived on the date and time of my appointment. The technician was very professional and very knowledgeable. The technician name was Ariel. He took pictures and cleaned up the area where he worked. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great Job!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We have First American Home Warranty and they forced us to use this company for our washing machine repair. Our washing machine broke on New Year's Eve night and we started a claim with the home warranty the next day. I put in as much information including what lights were flashing, what the washer was doing, etc. this company sent out a technician on 01/05. They diagnosed it as needing a lid locking mechanism and said they had to order the part but it would be in on 01/14. The part did not arrive until 01/19. I called twice between 01/14 and 01/19 and both times the lady I spoke to said it hadn't arrived yet and they could not track it or get any more info. Basically telling me to just wait. Unfortunately, this particular company is a waste of time. They have an "F" rating with the BBB and only one star reviews on Google for good reason. I have had them out twice for two different repair needs because this company was forced on us by our so-called Home warranty company. Beyond that, if you try to find their offices they are in an old run-down hotel. They do not have a real office building or do they have service vehicles. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

How do I start, I got this company with American Home Shield. The 1st time they came to fix my dryer. The guys that showed up didn’t know what he was doing. He was in the phone with some costumer service. They ordered almost the entire dryer and could not find what it was wrong with it. This people came 4 times, replaced the heating coil, the dash board, some circuit board and could figure it out, I believe with all those part I could buy a new dryer. They gave up and I was assigned Sears, with them they fix it the same day. It was the motor. I told AHS that I don’t want that people again. Then my microwave blower stopped working and the freezer stopped making ice. So I contacted American Home Shield and again they assigned me the same company ( February 2, 2024). These people are the WORST! THE ABSOLUTE WORSE. Through AHS which i am cancelling... first tech came out and i caught him watching a youtube video of how to fix a washer. Second tech came out 3 weeks later didnt have the right tools and had to call in a buddy. Between the 2 of them they didnt have the right tools nor could they even get the washer out. Came back next day with the right tools and supposively "fixed" it but 5 minutes after they left the machine started making the same noises it had a month earlier when it was first broken. I sent them many videos showing how the job is not done. They said they considered it completed. They are also just completely rude and unprofessional. Stay away!
