United SF Parking

We didn't have a problem. But you must be out before 12 pm. We made sure to be there buy 11:45

I was emailing with USFP about my parking subscription and was going on a trip. They promised to pause my parking fees but reinstated them without telling me after 1 month. They're unwilling to offer me refunds for the multiple months I was charged without any use of their service or a reinstatement email, even one just charged 2 days ago...clearly interested in making money for doing nothing vs providing a quality service.

Would give zero stars if I could. Tried parking here last night for a show at Regency Ballroom. Circled around a couple times, didn't see street parking so pulled in here for $15 parking. Improvised signs (paper on wall) said close at midnight. Actual sign at entrance says close at 2am on weekend! Guy comes up, immediately starts jabbering away about I have to be back by 11:45 or he locks the gate and it's $30 to get my car in morning. I'm all smiles and laughing and in good spirit despite, say I am going to show will be back, no problem, etc. In the meantime he's asking me why I don't park in the street, says there's parking there, etc etc. I'm like, I'm in a rush already and feel safer leaving my car in garage. He takes my $20, continues blabbering, saying I could park in the street. I'm

The valet was very friendly and took good care of our car. We came back a little past 10pm and had no issues.

Don't park here! Tight space and the valet backed my car into one of the support beams right in front of me. Thankfully no damage but then they did the same thing to my coworker who was right behind me and his car lost paint.
