United Supply

Not a great experience. I walked in, said hello, and none of the three people there replied. After waiting, I asked someone if they could help, and he looked at me like I said something strange. First thing he asked was if I had an account. When I said I didn’t, he quickly told me they didn’t have the part I needed without much effort to help. Disappointing service.

I've been working with United supply for several years now, hands down one of the best customer support I have ever witnessed. From tech support all the way to product support , the entire supply house always goes above and beyond to help. Especially when I'm in crisis mode. As an hvac contractor they offer the reliability necessary for me to keep my customers happy!

10/10 - from parts availability to customer support. A group of genuinely nice people who go above and beyond to make sure you get everything you need. My favorite supply house and will continue to be the first people I call when I need something.

The guys here are great. Anytime i needed something/help they where there. During “covid times” when all parts where mission to find this guys where there to help and get me the parts. Big thanks to Phill and Peter and of course the whole team for always being there to help. Thank you all and keep up the great service.

This HVAC location always has parts in stock and will go above and beyond to get the parts to is as soon as they can. They have a great knowledge on Rheem and Rudd systems.
