This company is incompetent. Something always wrong with their system. They will charge the wrong amount and you are trying to dispute it they don’t even know why they charge this outrageous fees. Four years ago, I received a bill about $700 from them and I never missed a payment calling them for an explanation they claim they didn’t charge me correctly asking them for what I should been charged in the first place but to no avail that was in 2020. This year in many occasions they have sent wrong alert and bills which were rescinded, but in January I received a $941 bill which I have no explanation for but they claimed they were unable to reach my meter, but I received a different bill every month which fluctuates by $5 to 10 every month and I never missed a payment. I want them to show

There is a convenience fee for paying automated over the phone. When Automated payment did not work and I asked to speak to a representative call dropped again and again. Tried to register an online profile but the system does not operate and will not let me sign in.

So they have been doing work for Duke energy around my house and have left all their trash around and even in my back yard. These are grown adults and I have to clean up after them like children. I wish I could say it was just my house but I decided to walk down the street and to my surprise they have left their extra scraps all in the road and in yards. I will be sending all of these to OSHA b/c this company is causing harmful materials to enter or waterways by not cleaning up their trash. DO BETTER!

Honestly customer service is the worst. Is like they dont want to talk to you. I make a call to make a payment and I dont know my account number so I have to talk to a representative to provide it for me. After being on hold forever I say "hey to make a payment... but..." she says "okay give me a minute" without letting me finish she takes me back to the machine. Now, I have to call again and wait on hold for them to such a simple thing.

Cut my fiber line with a directional drill because they didn't call 811 for a utility mark and took off. Filed a police report and the forms with 811 for excavator negligence.
