United Van Lines Agent

This review is long overdue. I moved to Kansas City from Las Vegas 4 years ago and used United Van Lines. After a terrible experience with United 10 years before (packers stole valuables), Tyler Anderson assured me that, “this move would be great! I’ll make sure of it.” Unfortunately, again, United disappointed! The loaders were great but since the truck was unloaded and reloaded again several times, boxes were lost!! The driver and local crew arrived at my new house to unload…I was given a clipboard with numbered list that matched numbered stickers on each box. When each numbered box came in the door, it was my job to check off each corresponding number. When the truck was unloaded, 3 boxes were missing. I went to the basement to check if missing boxes were there (leaving the clipboard b

They charged me for services and cartons that they did not provide($122.00) and then with no notice up charged me $400. 00 more dollars without a phone call or reason, now they won't call me back. I have contacted customer service 4 times, always promised action , but they (Shelley and Jeffery) never call back. Don't call these people, they are not trustworthy.
