I cannot say enough good things about United Water Restoration. From the very beginning, Corey, the manager, was prompt, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. He immediately put us at ease during a stressful situation. LA and Carson came out quickly to assess the damage and begin drying the affected areas, and they were efficient, thorough, and so pleasant to work with. No one wants to make the call to these guys because that means something bad has happened. But if you have to make the call these are the guys! My washing machine flooded and water was seeping thru my downstairs ceiling and everywhere! Jay and crew came in and started fans immediately and came out the next day to start demoing to allow the drying process to work even quicker. Mario came out later determined everything was dry and was kind enough to walk me thru the process to show me everything was dry and the loud fans could go! From start to finish these guys were great and extremely neat and professional!

I called United Water Restoration at the recommendation of my excellent plumber Mykola Kyzyma from Swift Brothers Heating and Plumbing when I experienced a flooded garage and adjacent room from leaking pipes within a common wall. The team from UWR was phenomenal. Friendly, professional, thorough, convenient, efficient! Technicians Corey and Carson were excellent and provided me with a clear understanding of the mitigation process. They really put me at ease. UWR worked directly with my insurance carrier so did not have to be involved with this aspect of the work. I would highly recommend them!

Jay was the man! He came to our home after hours after we experienced a flood in our lower level. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and tested all areas for damages. He really had a professional attitude, especially at 4am in the morning. Jay was a pleasure to work with and answered all my questions.
