United Water Restoration Group has really impressed me! When my bathroom faucet leaked, we contacted their company and to our surprise CJ arrived in less than 35 minutes! My wife and I could not believe the rapid response time especially at night! CJ has been very professional and informative and gave us updates as he did all the tests he conducted. Days later I received a visit from Daniel and I was just as impressed with his expertise and answered any questions or concerns I had. Today I met Katy and she was also very professional, informative, friendly and refreshing to speak with. In a day when great customer service is hard to find, your company has been stellar all the way! You have a great team! Keep up the great work and amazing service. Forget about five stars! They deserve ten!

I wish I never had to use this service, but things happen, and we had a leak and some minor flooding. Fortunately the plumber I used recommended UWRG and they were amazing from start to finish. They operate 24/7 which was helpful because we started drying the night the leak occured. Katy worked diligently until about 2 AM and ensured all my questions were answered. Every day after the initial setup a tech came by to check on the drying progress. Every tech that came by after Katy was courteous, professional, and took the job seriously. Thank you to Katy, Danny, CJ, and Kurt for providing exceptional service when we really needed it.

Chris was professional, very courteous, and took the time to explain everything to us that he was doing. The company responded to our call and was at our home an hour later. Chris then set up the equipment needed to dry out our ceiling and also explained that process and the time frame for it. Excellent employee with a good sense of humor.
