United Water Restoration Group of Triangle

This is our second time working with United Water Restoration, and another great experience from start to finish. Their customer service is awesome and the team that showed up to mitigate was professional, informative, efficient and friendly. They answered our call quickly and were able to fit us in same day for mitigation, our house is now completely dry with zero moisture. Highly recommend!

I had a steady leak in my bathroom that went unnoticed for weeks, and the hardwood flooring was showing signs of swelling. When I discovered it, I began drying it myself but decided to call United Water Restoration to come out and look at the damage. Diego was out the next morning. He ran some quick tests and showed me the places moisture was trapped. He didn't feel it would be necessary to break out the heavy duty equipment for this, but gave me advice on how to continue drying it on my own. I feel like a big national company would have taken any opportunity to charge me for the full service whether I needed it or not, but Diego's team are super kind and honest people. I always love working with local companies and highly recommend this one.
