Giovanni and his workers were the only company that thoroughly analyzed our basement with the best effective solution and were able to get the job done in 2 days in a safe but efficient manner. Customer service was far above average, the quality of work was nothing short of amazing and they were HONEST the entire way! My mom had wall failure in her basement and I had 6 companies go down there and you got nothing but SALES REPS!! Charging insane prices without actually fixing the prices.. you were buying “their system” United Water Proofing was recommended to us by and engineer I hired to assess the damage and I can see why that engineer stands by them! I now stand by them as well! Thank you United Waterproofing, Giovanni, and the team for making this an easy, professional, and stress free job for my mom!

New review April 2024: I highly recommend United Waterproofing!! Giovanni and his crew are fantastic. Giovanni cares about your house as if it was his own. They did work for me last June to shore up a rotted sill plate, add drains and a sump pump. That section of the unfinished basement is great. Next up was to tackle the other section of the basement where the foundation block sits on rock. United Waterproofing added weep holes in the block and drainage and then covered the area with a barrier, and finished with concrete. Also replaced the sump pump that coincidentally died today. Giovanni and his team did excellent work waterproofing our basement and garage. Easy scheduling, great communications, excellent work, and leave the site amazingly clean as if they were never there. Recommend them highly!
