They cleared the clogged drain line, thoroughly cleaned the system, and even put protective shoe covers to keep everything clean inside the house. After the service, my air conditioning was working perfectly again. They also installed a safety switch on the AC unit to prevent future overflow issues, which gave me real peace of mind.
