Called on a Friday and was left on hold for over 10 minutes to be told the hours on Saturday at until 12 noon and they sell to the general public. Drove from Arbutus to their front door someone was inside, they have a sign stating customers go out back. So we go out back and the door was locked. All signs say until noon on Saturday. We got there at 1130am. Complete waste of time on the phone and the drive to a place with fluid hours apparently. Thankfully they have competitors on Pulaski hwy that are open on Saturdays that love making money.

Amazing, Professional, Friendly and Very Hard workers! They can do anything that can hit the floor, and repairs and more! Brian aka (Bman) is an extremely talented perfectionist hard worker, who worked with Ron and Thomas. They are the best trio you can possibly get out of a flooring Company!

They don't care about the customer's at all in particular rich...that's right old guy behind the desk all day always mad and he will mess your money up if you let him.

Great prices and sales reps! I'm known there as bman for my carpet name and I know all the shop guys and most of the office guys there great people and I will continue getting my carpet here until my carpet days are over!
