Michelle was helpful in working with my schedule to get us on the books for an annual fireplace cleaning, and during their busy season no less! Kyle arrived during the booking window and was really patient and thorough in answering all my questions - both before starting and after he completed the work. Walked me through what he did and showed images from his camera inspection. You can tell that the team isn't one of those large corps who are more interested in cramming in back to back appointments than they are about providing a quality service. Will use them in the future. Great small business!

I have a split level home. Isaac did a great job figuring out how to install a stainless steel chimney liner in the chimney. He is knowledgeable about everything having to do with chimneys and stoves. You can’t go wrong with choosing Universal Chimney.
