Kudos to Universal Exterminating! We haved never had such professional, thorough, expedient, affordable, and satisfying service, and we have had two of the top well-known exterminators in the past. Universal has highly skilled technicians who are well educated in entomology. When we have had challenges with ants or other insects, even mice, and problems occur inbetween quarterly treatments($95 per quarter), Universal is quick to come to our home to problem-solve and expertly, thoroughly treat. Ian, on of their technicians, re-treated our home for ants indoors, outdoors, around trees and did an amazing. Josh my technician was very thorough, knowledgable, and honest. He inspected the whole house inside, out, and under. No attempts to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. And the front office was quick to respond to my email and set up an appointment just a fees days later! Highly recommend.

A trial makes a customer! Called them to help with mice getting too cozy in our garage. The initial phone contact was very informative and helpful and our service visit was outstanding. I didn't expect to make a new friend, but Reese was helpful, friendly, and courteous beyond belief. The added value of inspecting under the house and all along the walls made this an outstanding service. I am confident that we've gotten a great service and we'll continue to do business with them for ongoing preventive maintenance.
