Shaw is very professional, caring and skillful. I had contacted him for 3 occasions, roaches , spiders and this time is for the flies . He responded very quick and tried to solve the problem as soon as possible. He is very friendly and with good skill. He always did follow up to make sure the problem solved. Shawn provided very quick response to my hornets and bee issues. He followed up to make sure the bees and hornets were no longer buzzing around the infected area after treatment and removal of hive.
