Scott was very friendly! He came out to do our winter service on our furnace. He was very quick and efficient. Got us all signed up for next years service at a price we could afford and even said hey to a couple of my fur babies. Definitely recommend!

Purchased our furnace and AC unit from Universal a couple of years ago and have been so happy with the service and technicians. Scott came out today to perform the annual inspection. He was very friendly, polite, and courteous. He not only performed the furnace inspection but also checked the inside for carbon monoxide detection. Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing heating and air!

Scott was at the house within 10 minutes of the appointed time. His pleasant demeanor and professional attitude put us at ease immediately. He recommended upgrades to our system that will prolong our equipment and improve our environment. Joseph and Alex came out today and were very thorough, honest, and explained everything in detail as they went along. Their pricing is very reasonable. Tanner was knowledgeable and just did a great job in removing and then installing a new furnace. I really didn’t see Scott at work when I would pop in to see how things were progressing . But great company they know what they are doing and do it very well. I am happy.
