Universal Kitchens

Our experience was not good at all. It is a long story, there is much to say about the experience with them, but I figure they will write their side of it and I don't have the energy for the back and forth. I don't like to write negative experiences but I tried leveling with them with no good outcome. Here is a summary of the attitudes and treatment we received (we are over one month into my mother without having a fully functioning kitchen. they will say it's her fault and that all this is for her to get a free kitchen, but it cannot be further from the truth). -The main thing was the treatment we received being treated as if they were doing us a favor and as if we were bad lying people. -At the beginning pushiness to get the job. -Suspicious attitude, when she misunderstood my communica

I’m very satisfied with my kitchen remodel by Universal Kitchen. Vincent did an amazing job installing my kitchen cabinets. He responded quickly when any issues arrived and he supervised the work from beginning to end. Valery at the office go above and beyond to make you satisfied; she really go the extra mile to make you happy (she responded to every phone call and answer any question I had). Vince and his team are the absolute best! He is personable, reliable, and is great at his craft. He made my vision come to life and it exceeded my expectations. His wife Valery is always available to answer any questions and they both have come to the job site to check on the work and to ensure the job was professionally done from start to finish. I highly recommend and will use them again in the future for other home projects. 10/10

We had Universal Kitchen install our kitchen cabinets and build a custom hood for us. They were very reliable and did a great job with installation and finish. Also the hood turned out absolutely beautiful. Vince matched our cabinet color and it turned out great!

Vince is an experienced talented kitchen designer/kitchen installer. He worked with us on our house remodel. From start to finish he saw it entirely through. Great craftsmanship. Looks absolutely stunning. The kitchen he created is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend using Vince and his team!!
