Universal Marble and Granite

Had some measuring issues at first took a little time but we got it figured out. The counter tops look amazing and fit great!! Our sales representative Lindsay was super helpful and quick on any questions we had along the way. Install guys were nice clean and did a fantastic job. Even got to talk to the owner a bit and also a top notch guy that stands behind his work and employees. Highly recommend you won't be disappointed!!!

We had an excellent experience with Universal Marble and Granite, and I can’t say enough good things about Audree Contreras. From start to finish, Audree was incredibly responsive — day or night — and that didn’t stop after installation. Even post-install, she continued to follow up, answer questions, and make sure everything was exactly right. If something needed attention, she handled it quickly and went above and beyond to make it right. The countertops are beautiful, the process was smooth, and the level of care and service we received truly stood out. If you’re considering countertops, I highly recommend Universal Marble and Granite — and absolutely ask for Audree. She’s outstanding.

Universal Marble & Granite did an outstanding job on my quartz installation. The workmanship is beautiful — the seams are matched perfectly and are barely noticeable. When I reached out with a concern, the office staff, Audree and Lindsay, were so reassuring. They told me not to worry, that they would figure it out, and they followed through by getting me scheduled before the holiday! David, who came out today, was incredibly knowledgeable and addressed every one of my concerns. My quartz ended up being an easy, stress-free fix! He also gave me excellent advice on maintenance and care moving forward. Overall, I’m extremely impressed by their professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer service. Overall my experience was outstanding! From picking just the right slab to satisfying my design ideas, Lindsay was awesome to work with. We love our new marble bathroom counters and highly recommend Lindsay/UMG!

Top notch service from the first time we walked in to the door all the way to install. The front office was wonderful with helping us make decisions/changes. The measurements were perfect and the install was seamless. Could not be happier with our new countertops. Will certainly be using Universal Marble and Granite for future needs.
