We had a wonderful experience working with Greg and his team. They have a wide selection of samples, and the fabricator and installation teams were excellent. We had been without cabinets & counters since July due to a leak. When insurance money was finally moving...Greg and his team were able to get our counters installed just in time for Thanksgiving!! We received several compliments not only on the look, but also on the installation with a completely invisible seam.

I had such a great experience with Universal I'd rate them a fabuolous 100 stars if I could. I had my builder redesign and demo my old kitchen. I took out older kitchen walls, cabinets, and the old double hung style windows. I installed a large plate glass window to open the view. I choose a beautiful neutral quartz stone to add a large island and to give the kitchen a seamless look. It was an easy experience from selection of my quartz- to template -to install day. Universal was my one-stop shop and it was all done perfectly. People who visit me can't believe my kitchen transformation and I typically have to show the before and after photo several times. We had such a positive experience here! It was so fun to walk through all of the countertop options and see their uniqueness. We went to multiple local locations, fell in love with a piece here. Greg and staff was so friendly and accommodating. It felt like such a personal experience. In addition to that, they were able to come out and measure almost immediately, and then install the piece a few days after that. Everything was perfect and smooth from beginning to end.
