I called UMGservice to try to schedule an appointment to get maintenance done on my central air system in my home. I haven't had anybody look at it for 5 years, and a guest remarked how the external unit's filter was dirty and should be washed or replaced. I called the listed phone number during business hours, and the person who answered the call sounded tired. First, I asked if they serviced my geographic area, which they said yes. Then, I explained my situation. The guy on the phone took down my contact information and said one of the field techs will call to schedule service. About 30 minutes later, I received a call from a field tech. He said that he didn't think he had time today to come up. I said this was a maintenance request, so it wasn't an emergency. I had a fantastic experience with UMG. I arrived home at midnight after a vacation with my family (young kids) and the AC was broken. It was July, and we needed a fix fast. I reached out to multiple places claiming to be 24/7, but only UMG responded (and even texted) and scheduled an appointment for first thing the next morning. They were on time, professional, and diligent. They had the necessary parts, and were able to install a new condenser unit the same day. I think the person who picks call is not interested in working here. Was told 3 days ago I will get a call back which didn’t happen. Waste of time

UMG is a great company to hire. They came same day I called within 1 hour and provided me with an estimate of costs early on. Nazeeh, and his team found the problem right away and found the best affordable solution. They are very professional and did a great job.

My husband and I had the pleasure of having UMG come service our furnace system today. We are very pleased! The owner & his son were very accommodating & on point with all. Most importantly UMG was very reasonable with pricing. I will be calling them again! Thanks guys!
