Universal Remodel did an outstanding job with our shower replacement. The tile work and the glass slider look great. They worked with me to develop a clear scope of work before the project started and they handled the process from demo to finish. Gustavo provided great customer service. We found a water leak over a year after the project was complete and Gustavo honored his warranty. He investigated the source and found an issue in the shower pan waterproofing. They replaced the pan and tile as soon as possible. I greatly appreciate their commitment to quality and customer service. I will recommend Universal Remodel to anyone who needs construction services in the Triad area.

I had a serious issue caused by a broken pipe in my basement, and the work was completed as part of an insurance claim. Universal Remodel handled the entire process, including communication and coordination with the insurance company, which made everything much easier for me. Due to the extent of the damage, they essentially renovated the entire basement. They completed the mitigation and drying process, safely removed affected materials (including asbestos), and installed new flooring, cabinets, paint, and a complete drop ceiling. Universal Remodel did an amazing job with my hot tub surround. I bought the surround material off Amazon and Juan installed it so it looks brand new!!! He is professional and fast! He also installed a laundry room cabinet and his workmanship is flawless!!! I will be using him in the future!!
