URC has been fantastic to work with. I got quotes from several roofing companies and URC was very competitive and complete. Alex was very through in explaining their process/materials and not pushy at all. When time came to get to a number we worked back and forth until we made it work. Mike was the project manager on site and was equally fantastic. Gave me updates at every step of the process and went out of his way to make sure I was happy from beginning to end. My husband and I called Universal Roof to set up an appointment for an estimate to replace our roof and 3 skylights. Our call was answered promptly and an appointment was set the next week. Dalton came out and showed us the differences between shingles, walked our roof to measure our skylights and assess the condition of the plywood underneath the shingles.
