Universal Services

I recently hired Universal Services to help move an elderly family member to a new home, and once again, they exceeded every expectation. This was my third time using Universal, and the experience was flawless—professional, efficient, and handled with great care. We will absolutely continue to use Universal and highly recommend them to others. They truly hold themselves to the highest standard.

We contracted Universal Services a few times as we were caring for my mother. She moved to a retirement community and then later to memory care. We also contracted them for when we moved locally. Each and every time it was a great experience. Moving, especially when caring for a loved one can be a stressful experience. The employees at Universal completely took the stress out of each and every move. Words cannot express my gratitude.

I have used Universal Services multiple times for moves for myself and family members and the service has always been exceptional. Movers were very courteous, friendly and professional. The packing was done carefully, and the move was very efficient. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Hector and Angel were wonderful! They were so accommodating and easy going. The move was efficient and fast. They set the apartment up just like my aunt’s old place so she felt right at home. I’m very grateful to Universal and Hector and Angel!
