Universal Step

Love the steps but railings peeled within 5 months. Promises to replace did not happen. Promises to repaint did not happen. Promise of partial refund did not happen. I trusted this company and am very disappointed in their lack of keeping their word. Jake contacted me for address to send partial refund and now almost 2 year later has not kept his word.

The steps were delivered at a very timely fashion. The owner was very nice and responsive with any questions/concerns I had. I have had the steps for over a year now and they still look good as new throughout the harsh winter we have had. They were 100% worth it, especially for the price! Will definitely recommend to friends and family, and would purchase again in a heartbeat!!!

I'd give zero stars if I could. I ordered steps Aug. 19. Was told it would take two weeks. Every week since I placed the order I checked with the company to see if the steps shipped or when they would ship. Every week I was given a new excuse why they didn't ship yet. Every single week I called or emailed, the owner committed to ship them the following "Monday or Tuesday." Now 14 weeks later I have no steps, can't get a response from the company, and asked for a refund - no response. This company is the least professional, least reliable business I have ever worked with and as of now I'm out $2k. I'm taking legal steps to get it back. I would never purchase from them again.

An amazing product! The owner was quick to give me a quote and get it installed. Love the design and incredible quality. 10/10 would recommend anyone looking for concrete steps! Such an easy process. Thank you Jake!

Zero communication deadlines never met, told us steps would be poured for our client and never came through, would not answer calls or texts. Very disappointed. Would have appreciated an honest “ We can’t get it done”.
